Fully disassemblable and reassemblable by design, the X‑Station is engineered for circular economy from day one. Every component can be customized, relocated, and redeployed— reflecting QiOn's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
The structure can be equipped with photovoltaic panels to generate energy and offset operational costs.
PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL ROOF
Another step toward sustainability and energy efficiency. X-Station roofs with solar panels are tilted longitudinally or transversely based on the installation site, maximizing solar exposure. Annual energy production depends on the number of panels and the latitude of the site.
For standard X-Station models offered by QiOn, annual energy production ranges from 48 to 224 MWh. The LCA (Life-Cycle Assessment) is determined by structure size, materials, and geographical coordinates — which define daily hours of solar capture. A mixed steel and wood X-Station already in operation, for example, has a carbon footprint of 92 tons of CO₂eq over its full lifecycle (including construction materials and photovoltaic installation), with an LCA of approximately 10–11 years.
